Epic Win: Don’t Wake Daddy!

Jul. 22, 2009

Submitted by Roxy

The point of the game was to sneak to the refrigerator in the middle of the night. It played like a cross between Chutes and Ladders and hot potato, more of a novelty for the plastic Dad that would spring up if you pushed the alarm clock enough times.

Still, I always wondered why Daddy would be so angry if the kids got a midnight snack. Maybe the fridge was full of booze.

Epic Win: Guess Who?

Jun. 2, 2009

guess-who

Submitted by Kayla B

“Is your person a man?”
“Does he have a beard?”
“Is he wearing glasses?”
“Is your person Andy?”

What a great game of questions. The best were when the questions started to get a little too creative, such as, “Do you think you could take your person in a fight?” And there was also the fun game of taping photos of friends, family and celebrities over the cards.

once upon a win

It’s the game of Trouble, with the Pop-O-Matic bubble! Not only could you never lose the dice, but you could also annoy the hell out of your parents while doing it!

Epic Win: Mouse Trap

Apr. 17, 2009

once upon a win

The Wikipedia article for Mouse Trap talks about some sort of game play involved in Mouse Trap, but we’re just not buying. All we remember was putting together all the little pieces and setting off the trap over and over again. Then we lost all the pieces and the metal balls became a projectile. That’s how we remember Mouse Trap.
