omg, who doesn’t hate those pants? well, here in The Netherlands women actually wear them this year! It’s supposed to be super comfy wearing those pants but it looks awful! Although the girls who wear them think they look stunning!

Actually; well written and informative. I hope that trend doesn’t take off over here. But it seems that what is appealing to men plays no role in women’s clothing design (homosexuals excluded of coarse).
it’s not ‘taken off’ here, but there are one hell of a lot of girls wearing them. I think ‘can’t touch these’ would be more appropriate.

I got tired of it very quickly. Luckily it isn’t too common of a responce to my name… only on DA. But to me it cannot be a win, I just really started to hate it after the large amount of times.
Uhm, Hammer can’t considered to be a ‘Blast From The Past’ when he’s on A&E with a new show:P
He’s also playing the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park this year (in, like, a week). Bummed that I can’t go because of work (BAH!!!!!!!!!!), but I don;t want to go for ze Hammerzeit. I want to see John Prine and Steve Earle! I already missed Alison Krauss last year, the woman of my dreams. That makes me a sad panda.
Laugh at those parachute pants all you want, but they were awesome (and hellaciously comfortable)! I idolized MC Hammer as a kid, and I even had a pair of hot pink parachute pants when I was 5. I remember that they briefly came back in style while I was in HS.
It’s going to be on the next Lips game… I’m going to have to buy it…
Okay.. seeing this makes me think of the way the guys around here wear their pants with the waist down on their (frequently non-existant) butts and the crotch around their knees.
Also makes me wish these pants would come back in style.. at least I wouldn’t have to be seeing all those ratty as* boxers because the waist would be at their waist covering up the ‘junk’.
I still like this even now.
