Uh, Jeff? Maybe it’s the way you’re holding that spoon like a weapon, but we think Grandma and your brother are scared to death by your GLORIOUS mullet. Did they try to make a break for it after this pic was snapped? Because that is the Hair That Ate Thanksgiving. Really.
Teresa: girl, we feel your pain. There was nothing quite like being dragged off to Olan Mills for the annual family photo, was there?
Love the hat/belt matchy-matchy thing you’ve got going on there! Did that jacket have a peplum? If it did, it doesn’t get much more 80’s than puffed sleeves and a peplum!

The picture of Theresa is interesting. Sis looks definiltely 80’s, while strangely, little bro looks like 50’s. Is this a time machine pic? Like if Marty McFly had taken a pic with his mom in ‘55?

Oh my! I’m almost ashamed to admit, it isn’t a jacket. It is a jumpsuit. Sigh. I had at least 3 or 4 of them in my closet. My brother was stuck in teh 70’s. Yep yep yep. Teresa is me. I was about 12 or so in this pic. You think my glasses were big you should’ve seen the next pair I got, they were TINTED! Remember those?

i had the upside down glasses. they were pink and fadded to white. i remember thinking they were so awesome!
Um, what is a peplum?
Google is your friend. If it wasn’t, its a fitted longer part of a jacket or top that continues down onto the hips.
I’m curious as to what the guy in the right part of the picture is doing to that…turkey?

All credit for the mega-mullet goes to “Rockquanet.” I probably went through a can a week. The irony of me showing off all that hair in 1987 is that I have almost nothing to show today. Oh well, life moves on… and so does the hairline.
